A Good Roll Does Satisfy

After the stress of yesterday, there was the stress of trying to sleep.  The cats were obviously missing G so they came to check on me very regularly.  The longest span of uniterrupted sleep was 75 minutes.

Another long day in training (including interruptions where people phoned and kept phoning).  It was a very long 10 hours.

Then donkey duty tonight.  Muscles are complaing loudly.
