In the bush or in the bottle

Elderflower.
My Mother in Law to be makes the BEST Elderflower cordial. I'm an addict, and actually love it when there's sediment in the bottle. It feels real, and delicious, and scrummy.
Sadly though, I've never made any of my own...Not yet at least, but I must try one day. I'm just convinced that it will not be the same as Bevs.
