The day to start is today

Why do our noses run

and our feet smell?

AND with hayfever suffering abound today there was a lot of running going on. The best days of the year and even the smallest children seem to be getting this terrible condition to deal with. I have had it for cough cough years but since the age of twelve and that, then, was considered an early age to start the symptoms. Now they seem to have it earlier and earlier. Our little ones in class are mostly now 7 but a few were sneezing coughing and tuning their trumpeting nose blowing skills most of today. I don't know if it was a good thing or not they could see I was struggling too - they hadn't caught on that it lasts for a few years yet !!! not just like the odd cold or two.

Hubby thought I could do with a walk along the beach this evening, which was brilliant. No pollen to speak of just a mad pup (ours) covered in mud, sand and drenched from running through the waves. Excellent way to end the day.
