River Cruise

I embarked on a fun little adventure trip with friends today. We drove two hours down to Koblenz and had lunch, then boarded a large ferry boat there for a 1-hour cruise on the Rhine river. We got off in the quaint little town of Braubach, where we toured the 800-year old Marksburg Castle.

After the tour and hike down the mountain, we stopped in at a little Italian restaurant on the river bank and sat outside for a glass of wine, before taking the train back to Koblenz where our car was parked.

A long day, but the weather was magnificent and everyone seemed to have a great time :)
