Found this fella by the Lynn Creek which has become one of my favorite spots for a little debriefing.

For the record, it was quite a learning experience full day chaperoning the house inspector with my notepad and pencil. In the end we decided we need to rethink our offer to buy the house. Sigh. But I learned a lot and know now what to look for in the next open houses.
