Bark Hut!

Today we drove over to Neerim South to stay with our friends, Tarsh and Scott and their two kids, Ethan and Laura. All the kids were super excited to see each other!

Tarsh took us out into the bush off the beaten track to a secret location where 14 years ago her brothers and dad built a bark hut. You wouldn't know it's there unless you stumbled upon it and no-one has found it in all that time!

It's really cool, built by hand like how people used to in 'the olden days'!! It is one room but has a wood heater, a double loft bed, a single bed, a table and a verandah! Tarsh said they have spent a couple of nights there before!
