Been back at work for 3 days this week and have never had more than 15 minutes without another telephone conference.  And when half of them are in "English", it's more than a little tiring - try switching from German to English and then back again for something like 6 hours and you'll see how exhausting it is.

On the plus side, after another 7 hours on the phone tomorrow, it's the weekend.
