Goodnight Sun

We have just been up to the pub to watch the sun set and have a night cap. It has been a beautiful day with the sun warm upon our backs as we walked along the beach from Sandbanks to Bournemouth- about two hour walk. This meant we could have a cream tea on arrival, having used up a few calories.
I am so glad I had that foot op now as I can go for long walks again and forget my feet as I go.
