Scottish Golf Open

Shot up to Inverness today to see the young who are providing a lot of the food outlets for the open. It was great to see them all in action. I cannot begin to imagine how they cope with it but they seem to take it in their stride. And lunch was delicious!
Beautiful day and we had fun walking around the course, amazing watching the strength and power of these athletes! I took quite a few photographs before being told that cameras and phones were banned! I cannot imagine how they manage to play with so many photographers, sound engineers, officials and scorers. It must be tricky.
This is Phil Mickelson, (one of my favourite golfers) taking a slice out of the course and hitting a neat second shot close to the hole. He is lying equal third tonight.
Castle Stuart is a beautiful golf course, well worth a visit if you are in area this weekend and of course the food is wonderful so no need for a picnic!
