Poignant moment

My Mum loved to travel and had several long haul trips in her last few years, including a trip to Australia to see her beloved nephew and family and quite a few cruises. I blipped her Rocky Mountaineer hat just after she died. Today I'm returning her passport for cancellation and they ask you to cut off the right hand corner first. It was unexpectedly poignant doing so. Another part of the 'letting go when you don't want to' that is the grieving process...
