Love the pattern on this building, very striking even on a dull day..I understand it is where the mayor and other public officers of the town reside, very handy for the train station next door!

Ps follow up to yesterday's conundrum, I believe it depicts the stork bringing a new baby! Always a simple answer to these things, kept me amused in the meantime..
