Tarts for everyone! Ok maybe not but let them eat

It's been raining all day. It's 70 degrees and a relief after the 90's and humidity of the last few weeks. Peyton off to work on John Adams pieces with TJ left me to a kitchen, sermon tweaking and pastries to make for a Bastille Day party. We won't be storming anything but this tart that I made over with the left over filling and puff.
