Romantic Repas At Rise

D took me out for a wonderful anniversary dinner at my favorite restaurant in Dallas - Rise Number One - a charming French restaurant that specializes in Soufflés, but they also have other delicious items on the menu. Here D is tucking in to his French Onion Soup with a crust of cheese on top. I had their famous Marshmallow soup - which is actually a fresh tomato soup with mini goat cheese soufflés floating in it and fresh basil sauce drizzled over the top. Absurdly beautiful and delicious! I'm sorry I didn't blip it but I was too eager to eat it and forgot till I was halfway through! Next time!
