Bassenthwaite

The Mother had a wonderful day today! It was Wednesday and so we shopped together, as usual, but we did it as quickly as we could and then headed off for Whitehaven.

I had arranged a meeting for her with 2 old friends, we met in the Howgate Hotel for lunch. The 3 of them had a great natter.

On the way back I stopped very briefly, at Bassenthwaite, just to get a shot the day.
