The place that I go on Monday nights for knitting class is also a quilting store...Carrie's Quilting and Knitting.....for the summer we are doing a "small" project...as you can see by all the stuff on this table.

Carrie and her quilters are making traditional quilted squares and us knitters are knitting the same styles. This is really great because most of us are learning many new styles that we can do without it being to daunting. Once we've finished all our squares we will put them together to be a small throw.
If some people want to take only one class they can use their square as a throw pillow or a placemat or whatever.

Gotta go...want to have my square done for next week!!!
