One of those days where I did everything by the face of a watch - with a time to be there and a time to be here. Sill the sun shone relentlessly, and with a few moments spare, I bought new running shoes after 1o years, because I now run, also bought a couple of new things to wear at work, also much needed.

Plus the fence was painted, the BBQ was delicious and the small fridge was repaired - domestic life at its best!

Caught Sienna 'thinking' while I did a mini photo shoot as a favour for one of her teachers. Her son plays the trumpet and they wanted to capture him with it before he became too much a teenager!

Tomorrow is back to swimming in the lake and relaxing with family and friends - we all need it!
