Painting Man

We had a lovely day yesterday with Kirsty and Susie, meeting at 11am and strolling and nattering around Coton Gardens like we had known one another for years. I drove Paul and I to Rushton Hall Hotel as a surprise - a romantic getaway. We lay the sun, swam, chilled out and then dressed for an amazing meal...amuse bouche of gazpacho, starters of ham hock and scallops, mains of lamb and sea trout, chocolate dessert them cheese and port and coffee with petit fours. Drank lots of wine and had a relaxing time.

Today we had breakfast, headed to Newark (via Downtown for Super Dry bargains!!) to do the food shop and then went to the gym. Now home, car washed, painting the house and prepping food, work to be done and dogs to collect.
