Echinacea

What's that you say - you've booked a meeting for tomorrow morning at 8 am.  Well, that's lovely and fits really nicely with my weekend being on call.

Plus it's really humid.  You go outside, you sweat.  If you're originally from Scotland, you go outside, you start to melt.
