Helwild

Chicory

Again, another wild flower I'd never seen before as it's only common in the South of England.

Our walk today took us to Amberley Mount, which gave us great views of the South Downs.

We had plenty of refreshment stops too! First was morning tea break in the pretty village of Amberley at the quaint Amberley Village Tea Room. We had proper tea and toast!

And to finish the walk we had afternoon tea by the river Arun. More tea but with proper scones, jam and clotted cream!
