When the going gets weird

Worst That Could Happen

The plan was to walk over the Brooklyn bridge into Manhattan. First we headed to Dumbo (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) where me checked out a Photoville exhibition, themed around Superheroes. The pictures were printed onto vinyl and hung up around the street. The area was quite like soho in London.

Then we commenced operation Walk Over and headed up to the start of Brooklyn bridge and began our crossing. It was absolutely cooking out. The Sweat was pouring into my eyes. Fantastic view when I could actually see anything none the less.

Once over we passed through City Hall Park, onto Broadway. We wandered on for a bit getting demo cd-s foisted on us by "the next Jay-Z" every couple of blocks (not free though once they hand them over).

At Union Square, drenched in sweat me surrendered and took the Subway back to Brooklyn. In the evening Riot and Mo had a team meeting over at their friend's apartment. Getting there was a total pain in the baws. Once again the Subway proving an evil swine when it wants to be.

They did whatever secret planning they need to do at such things. I collapsed outside on their porch, sweated and guzzled a giant bottle of PBR.
