Straight …

 … down the middle!  Met up with my next door neighbour on my wanderings around the golf course this morning.  He was playing the 15th hole, the tee of which overlooks the beach and North Sea and is very picturesque.

I featured him on Blip last year when I took photos of him for his portfolio.  Since then he has become club champion and was beaten a fortnight ago in the semi-final of the Scottish Boys Matchplay Championship. Beaten by the winner as he told me, so third best in the Scotland :-)

I’m sure that this time next year he’ll be heading to America on a college scholarship looking to follow in the footsteps of Bob McIntyre, the current Scottish Open champion and Ryder Cup player.
