In flight meal

The good thing about this hot weather is that it's ideal for long runs...
I thought I was about to spontaneously combust and I don't think I've ever drunk so much afterwards without needing the loo.

I'm using the run as the excuse for walking all the way to Asda without my wallet and then having to walk back home again to get it. Still, I did see this greedy thing buzzing around the thistles, covered in nectar, like a baby with porridge.
I actually got another shot I liked but it was a bit too similar to this one so I went with the in flight movie.
