Hot Gull, Chicago, IL

This is an immature Ring-billed Gull on Buckingham Fountain in the center of Grant Park, Chicago, doing what it can to find relief from the oppressive heat and humidity of an Illinois summer day. Being used to a much cooler climate, I can definitely sympathize with how this guy feels.
