Pancake Friday!

Now, I know it doesn't look like much, but this baby may be the secret to our successful Fuji summit attempt in a couple of days. That, and the turbo-charged flapjacks we are in the process of producing! This, anyway, is our first foray into homemade okinomiyaki (Japanese pancake made mainly from cabbage and batter). It tastes better than the photograph suggests.
