Lunchtime at the Convention

At 12.30pm each day, about 5000 Christian, "conventioners", stream out of their morning meeting at the Keswick Convention Centre. Talks, prayers and group singing take place most days and are centred on this building and the giant marquee that adjoins it. It's the same routine for us each morning. After serving breakfast we tackle the bedrooms. They all have to be cleaned, vacuumed, beds made, towels refreshed and generally tidied before they return after the morning session. This morning, I was determined to snatch a shot of them coming up the road that leads to our guest house. I was just in time. Luckily Linda was understanding and let me off with some of the work. Thanks Linda, I owe you one!
