Es ist wieder soweit

It's that time of the year again.

It's ten weeks before the start of the Oktoberfest and the build up of the tents and the rides began this week. Today's blip shows the first obvious signs of that endevour. You might remember the church in the back from an earlier blip. You will see some more pictures of the progress at the site in the next few weeks.
