Yippee 100 !

That's my century in the bag. I have very much enjoyed my blipping over the last 100 days , it certainly makes you look at life in a different way , appreciate the things around you more and record things - even the dull things.

It does at times bring its own pressures , especially at 8 in the evening when your little reminder txt comes in and you have taken nothing so far that day !
