Red (well... sort of purple really)

I made a red slaw for lunch and was struck by the beauty of the inside of a red cabbage. I know... I know... I will get out more I promise.

I've also made another one of these today. It's for a birthday cake for the weekend but considering the news today I thought it was very appropriate :)
