Sunrise

Woke up at a ridiculously early hour this morning so went out for a longer than usual jog. Beautiful tranquility, stillness and light. Had enough time to put the washing machine on and hang the washing out before going to work as well as a couple of little chores.

Really beginning to feel weary now though, looking forward to a better nights kip tonight.
