My job is to support 400 developers and to make their jobs as easy as possible.  There are lots of jobs behind the scene but nobody needs to know.  Assembler macros - leave that to me. And so on.

Is it really necessary to document it in Alfabet and IIQ and CLMS and Confluence and JIRA and then in a HPSM Change.

Managers pee their pants when someone says audit.  System engineers - here it is , all documented.  We are, as IT professionals, very continent. It's good not to be a manager
