Rose + insect

Bit short of time today. Busy getting ready for our first trip away, away in our motorhome which we call DonAVan.

So just another quikish trip around the garden looking for a subject.

Thinking I had a possible subject I was on my way back in when I was reminded how lovely the roses look. And on taking a further look I noticed this little insect.

After taking the shot I did wonder if it was dead. It had been very compliant with my image taking. But after a gentle or perhaps not so gentle wiggle of the rose I did see movement from the little thing.

I confess I do not know what it is as yet but may try that Google lens thing.
