The one that got away...

Another morning crawling round the garden chasing bees... Had the perfect shot lined up, pressed the shutter and my battery went flat! Dashed indoors for my back-up battery only to discover that that was flat as well!!

So I've had to settle for this photo - I do like the lacy tracery on the bee's wings. The shot that got away was spectacular, but you'll have to take my word for that!!

And the moral of this story, always make sure your battery is full-charged when you go out blipping! :)
