Chasing the sun

Early this evening I finished the book I've been reading, Chasing the Sun by Richard Cohen, so temporarily (ie, until I forget it all) I know quite a lot about our friendly neighbourhood star.

Anyway, I didn't feel like picking up a new book right off and couldn't be bothered with telly, so I went up onto the butterfly reserve with my camera to watch the sun go down. Only just made it, as I'd forgotten the big line of trees that gets in the way, so I was literally walking backwards to get a few shots before it went. The plant here is scabious (no, I didn't think it was that hairy either).
