Sweet pea

It was hot today, I can't remember it being as hot for about 10 years, and read 30C briefly in the late afternoon.
We went over to a Tentsmuir for a run this morning but even in the trees it was rather too warm and I had to walk some of the way back. We should have gone earlier.
I did some gentle gardening and watering and washed the living room curtains (2 sets) which doesn't get done very often!
It's now 10pm and behind me the sky is nice colours as the sun has just set, and across the room is a vase of scented sweet peas - I'm not sure if this one is one of the ones I picked.
