I had a lazy day in the house today. Largely because I had a bout of insomnia last night. I gave up on trying to leep at 4am and came downstairs to read for a bit. If I'd had work today I'd have had a sleeping tablet, but since I had nothing to do I just rode it out. I think I got to sleep at 5am. Still, I had nothing major to do today so it wasn't really a problem.

Alex from work popped out for a coffee as his son was doing a sailing course at Port Edgar. After that I headed into the spa to get a swim to try and get my back loosened off a bit.

I didn't get many photos while I was in town, but loved this one.
