Flower Power part 2

I'm not sure what these flowers are called in English but mum has then all around her garden and in all different colours.

I just love how the petals kind of resemble leaves and that the insides aren't really inside, they stick out so far that they almost become a completely separate plant of their own.....and they look like flowers too!
