After the Lavender

A grab shot whilst walking round Sallertaine (known as an Arts and Crafts village). Met lots of lovely and skilled artists and craft folk. One in particular who creates stained glass decals and objects. As her workshop is close to where we are staying she invited to see her wares. We bought two pieces. This butterfly is only the second I've seen in a week here so just had to try and capture even though I'd only my standard lens on. Seemed to love the Lavender as did the bees.
