Duck!!!!

Oh. It's not a duck only a flock of pigeons :-)

Saw this in Piccadilly on my way home from work.
Also took a few pictures of the fire damage on Oldham Street. The fire was on Saturday but there were still fire fighters and police at the scene and the smell of smoke was very strong. One of #2boys favourite live music venues was burnt out so he was not happy.
Not much of a problem though when put into the context of the death of a fire fighter.

In other news.... After a morning at the hospital yesterday, seeing the anethesist, the surgeon and sorting all the paperwork. Two panic attacks (the child not me) later the Consultant decided the operation was not needed as long as a deformed hand was not a problem. The boy was delighted and said he did not mind how his hand looked as long as he could use it.
So we went home.
