The Curtain Conundrum

Most houses here have shutters and no curtains.  The reasons behind that remain a mystery.

Back to the dr today to check how my leg is.  The problem with a bus just after 7 am is that it is full of schoolkids.  They are not capable of being quiet.

It was a relief to get out and walk through a pretty much deserted city centre.

My leg is ok but the compression stocking is back on for another 2 weeks (not particularly happy about that but never argue with doctors).

Next operation is scheduled for the end of October - but happily not at 8 in the morning.

Now it's time for a nap.
