A trip to hospital

V’s mum has taken a fall and needed an ambulance to take her to hospital for a checkup.

Initial investigations reveal a fractured pelvis. I’m lead to believe this becomes easier to do as we get older. So even a minor slip can lead to something serious.

V’s mum who is also a V seemed to be comfortable and not in too much pain so that’s a good thing.

Times like this make living away from family difficult for all.
