A life in the day of OAS

Woolfeis 2013

Today I took part in the Woolfeis at Benderloch which was a lovely festival. Myself and good friend Rosamund were demonstrating (and selling!) spinning wheels, looms and fibre.

The route to Benderloch involves a ferry across to Dunoon and a couple of hours of extremely scenic driving via Inveraray and Loch Awe. Kilchurn Castle seen here, is at the North Eastern tip of Loch Awe.

I have a cracking photo of Rosie with wet feet as we tried to get closer to the castle but she wouldn't have appreciated me blipping it! I will save that one for another time!
