Hard to believe but today is the first time I've ever flown from London City Airport. Although it was a great experience, despite flying in a rather small and old Fokker F50, it wasn't the highlight of the day.

That was attending the first AXELOS workshop to discuss the way forward for ITIL, the IT management framework I frequently work with. It was great to be in a room with so many brilliant and passionate people trying to find a way forward for our industry
