Birdy

Hot day again. Walked dog. Bit of gardening and then went for a little run : 22k with 500m up and down. Pleased that I did the up bit without walking.

Back for a swim , watched a bit of TDF and dinner, Why do the weekends go so fast ?

And cleaned out the fountain. And it's now not working again!
