Coming off one's wheels

Melly Mooove it, has come off her wheels. Time moves on, just a few months ago I pictured some of these young ladies skating down the Town's main street. Then they seemed like a rag-tag set;-now it looks as though they have developed into a more functional unit. Not sure about the monocles but hey!
