Blipmeet

Visited Aden Park at Mintlaw this afternoon for a blipmeet with Charlie17.  Before we wandered round the park we had coffees, cakes and a long chat.

Lots of topics discussed but our ability to put the world to rights isn’t as easy and straightforward to do so these days.  It’s getting kind of complicated!  Our longest discussion was about our minor and major ailments.  It used to take up just a few minutes of our time but not nowadays!  Ah, the joys of growing old!

Quite a few signs of autumn around the park but it will be another week or two before it is in full autumn mode. Was surprised to see this moorhen out of the water on the path.  Even more surprised when it wandered along ahead of us for quite a wee while before we got too close and it sought refuge in the pond.
