Baby Otter

The Panther and I LOVE otters. Well, I really love them, and since meeting me, he has realised just how adorable they are and we have been trying to see them for the last few months. Obviously, spotting them in the wild would be preferable but on learning that Edinburgh Zoo had otter babies, we decided to go and see them. They were gorgeous as this photo shows, and in the others that can be seen here, here, here, here, here, and here!

In trying to get a good photograph, I climbed up on a wall. Sounds good? Not so! I slipped and have really hurt my ribs but if I'm honest, it was probably worth it, even given the stinky smell coming from their enclosure!
