Buskers

A trio of enthusiastic buskers brightening my journey home by the Westgate this evening.

A few years ago I used to commute across London, and musicians in tube stations would often make me smile and lift my spirits in the morning. I made a new year's resolution to give money when I liked their music, but to my shame I rarely did so (I will once we can donate by Oyster card!).

These guys were from Spain - appropriate, as 'busk' comes from the Spanish 'buscar', meaning 'to seek' - buskers literally look for fame and fortune. If they make it, remember that you saw them here first!
