Thirsty

I'm pretty sure that all cats prefer water outdoors to water indoors, in much the same way that I prefer water from the kitchen tap to water from the bathroom tap. If you know why this should be, I'd be happy to hear your theory.

Long day for me. In the office early, up to my ears in code and checking stuff, then a very unpleasant (temperature-wise) meeting - it was scheduled to last 2 hours but given the heat, nobody was talking to hear the sound of their own voice and so we trotted through the agenda and were done in an hour.

Hooray for that.

We're expecting storms tomorrow, so we might get a break from this heat for aa couple of hours. However, the temperatures are set to rise again. Saturday (when I have to work) it'll be around 38-40°c, I may have to have two buckets of water and a foot in each.
