Clematis

This time last year these blooms were sodden, stained and very sorry looking after she'd loads of rain. I thought I would snap this before this year's went the same way! I just love the stamens and pistils. Almost like tentacles. Large might give you an idea what I am withering on about.

A busy day at the office with my appraisal...keep up the good work ;). Followed by a very civilised lunch with Ms JB. You learn something new everyday!

No walk this evening...misty murk and rain...
