The Disney box

The main reason for our holiday, was to take the boys to Disney land. I didn't even take the camera. Does that tell you something?

They had never been to a Theme park at all and they did seem to enjoy the Rollercoasters. but as for any "Magic", it was well and truely lost on two teenagers.
After the four main rollercoasters and the Stunt show, we were really done.

I was disapointed.
Throughout their formative years, the pressure to conform to get the badge of "Disney", even if only the Euro Disney badge, the box was ticked.
So why then do I feel used.

Well, they did enjoy it and our wallets were considerably lighter, but at least I don't need drag Ali back on a Rollercoaster ever again!



PS. For anyone at all interested, the Ride in the blip, its called Space Mountain and was one of the boys favourites.
